Games Day as usual on Saturday 20 June at 5PM. I think dinner will be lasagna and garlic bread. Please RSVP by Friday at 6PM so I can get the right amount of food. I have added a survey question to this announcement. I think you get to answer it when you do an RSVP. July 4th is a Saturday and game day. I don't think you want to park your nice clean car in the cul de sac that night, trust me, it won't be clean! My neighbors don't want it either as most of them have enjoyed making a mess with the fireworks too. So what works better, Friday night (or late afternoon) or perhaps Sunday afternoon (like 12 to 5 or so)?

The manager of Other Realms will hold open gaming every Friday from 4-9 PM. It is free to all, but they asks if you could maybe support his store that would be helpful. At the moment it is very a popular place for 40K and miniatures, but they would like to expand it to board gamers. Several folks told me Friday works better than Sat. I'll keep posting this for a while for everyone.

It's another installment of Second World War at my place. Italy and Russia will be reserved for less familiar players if they attend. Things are busy here so I have yet to think about food options, but I'll come up with something. Hope to see you there!

Hey everyone, sorry for the late announcement! But we'll be following the usual plan -- dinner at 5pm followed by games until midnight. We're going to make our "famous" vegetarian chili (would that be chili non con carne?) with sides of cornbread and rice. You're welcome to bring salads and fruits, desserts, etc. , whatever you like ... As always, new people and new games are very welcome.
