“ Go to the back of the store - tables will be set up. I have one game but will need 2 more people to show up with their games in tow. ”
Chad Seger of Wonko's has kindly allowed us to use his gaming tables in the back for our first round. Repay his kindness and buy stuff! It really is a great store! It will be BYOB/FOOD/DRINKS.
Hey everyone: Here is a note about what is allowed at Wonko's from Chad:
"Please feel free to bring alcohol under the condition that it should be in a secondary (preferably non-glass) container that does not advertise its nature (just because every once in a while parents have objected in the past while in the store). Alternatively canned beer is fine if you use coozies or similar apparatus. Food is definitely allowed. I can recommend the Chinese place in our center for take out as well. Also, on the off chance that your group grows weary of Settlers, we have quite a few games open in the store that can be played."
I will send a reminder the week of the meetup with this information. I can't wait to meet everyone! Here's to rolling 7's (when you are really behind!)
